The first buyers of the Neta V electric car will get a lifetime battery guarantee facility, announced the Managing Director of Neta Auto Indonesia, Jason Ding, Wednesday (6/12/2023).
Jason said a Lifetime Warranty Unlimited Kilometers & Periods will be provided to the first 2,024 Neta V buyers. This warranty covers the battery, one of the most expensive components of an electric car.
“Especially for the first 2,024 consumers, we will guarantee a lifetime guarantee for several main components on the Neta V unit, especially the battery,” said Jason.
Neta not only provides a lifetime guarantee for the core components of Neta V, but also for other components that function as supporting main components in producing power, namely the motor drive and control distribution system.
This guarantee was provided by Neta specifically for the first 2,024 consumers who purchased Neta V units, since the electric car was first introduced at the Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show or GIIAS 2023 last August.
Neta also changed its one year offer of free period for periodic maintenance at official workshops which includes services, spare parts and other materials to five years or with a mileage of 50,000 kilometers.
These programs apply throughout Indonesia for Neta V owners who are used for personal vehicles, not used for commercial purposes, or companies.
“Through this guarantee we want to increase public confidence in switching to environmentally friendly electric cars without worrying about the issue of battery life for potential consumers. “Prospective consumers can come directly to our official dealer, which is now present at several points,” said Jason.
Neta’s move to provide a lifetime battery guarantee was announced shortly after Wuling provided the same facility for the first buyers of the Binguo EV, an electric car launched last November.
