Honda India has decided to carry out a recall for two retro-style motorbike models, the H’Ness CB350 and CB350RS due to corrosion problems in the rear lights and tilt sensor problems.
According to Autocar India, Honda explained that there had been a production error in the rubber part of the brake light switch which could cause cracks.
Another thing of concern in this recall campaign is related to the bicycle tilt angle sensor.
The problem found on the motorbike was in the transmission, namely in the fourth gear drive axle. This leads to possible sensor damage and, in the worst case scenario, the motorcycle stalling.
Honda CB350. (visordown.com) In this case, the affected Honda H’Ness CB350 and CB350RS are production models between October 2020 and January 2023.
Even though it looks trivial, Honda is committed to providing satisfaction to its customers.
For recalls related to sensor problems, the affected units are manufactured between October 2020 and December 2021.
Replacement parts can be carried out at BigWing Honda dealers throughout India starting the second week of December 2023. All repairs and component replacements will be carried out free of charge .
