Suzuki Jimny 5 Door is rumored to be coming to Indonesia in the near future. This was revealed after Suzuki started opening orders for the iconic SUV.
“You can order it now. Because you will be able to get the unit first after the official launch,” said a source to , Friday (8/12/2023).
Although there is no official information regarding when the Suzuki 5 Door will be launched in Indonesia, it is likely that the launch will be in February 2024.
So there is a big chance that the presence of the Suzuki 5 Door will coincide with the 2024 Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS) automotive exhibition which will take place in the same month.
“The information will be launched in February. But orders have been opened now,” said the source.
Suzuki Jimny 5 Door Specifications
For information, the Suzuki Jimny 5 door has been marketed in India with several color choices, mono-tone variants include Bluish Black, Sizzling Red, Granite Grey, Nexa Blue, and Pearl Arctic White.
While the dual-tone colors include Sizzling Red with Bluish Black Roof and Kinetic Yellow with Bluish Black Roof, the dual-tone color option is only available in the Alpha variant.
This car is equipped with a 1,500 cc, 4 cylinder engine, which is paired with a 5-speed manual or 4-speed automatic transmission option. This engine produces maximum power of 104.8 PS and maximum torque of 134.2 Nm. All variants get a four-wheel drive system.
For the Indian market, the 5-door Suzuki Jimny is set at a price of IDR 216 million to IDR 270 million.
