Hyundai Creta Electric Version Caught Carrying Out Road Test, Mileage Can Be 500 Kilometers

,

Hyundai Creta electric version caught on road test in South Korea.

From the camera footage, the electric version of the Hyundai Creta appears to have a slightly different front fascia design compared to the model caught on camera in India.

Launching Rushlane, Wednesday (29/11/2023), the front and rear seem to be Hyundai’s focus for refreshing.

In the interior, you can see the dashboard has been redesigned to accommodate the infotainment screen, similar to the Seltos facelift and several other Hyundai products.

The electric version of the Hyundai Creta is thought to be equipped with a battery with a capacity of 60 kWh with a range of 500 km with acceleration of 0-100 km/h in 10 seconds.

The position of the electric version of the Hyundai Creta is quite interesting, because this car could become the most affordable pure electric car product from Hyundai in the future.

The Hyundai Ioniq 5 and Hyundai Kona Electric are both sold for more than IDR 600 million to IDR 700 million. Thus, it is possible that the electric-based Creta could be aimed at the middle market with a more affordable price tag.

Meanwhile in Indonesia itself the Hyundai Creta already has CKD status. It will be interesting to see whether the electric version of the Hyundai Creta will also be marketed in Indonesia.
