Prepare the necessary spices then mix them together. Separate each spice into a small bowl/container. Make sure each bowl of spices has its own brush/spread so the flavors don’t mix. Prepare a tool for grilling the corn. If the corn roaster still uses charcoal, then also prepare it and light it until it becomes embers. Keep fanning, don’t let the fire die. Prepare the corn to be grilled. Peel the corn husks and wash the corn first if necessary. Take a bowl of the desired seasoning. Using a brush, coat the surface of the corn with spices according to taste. Grill the corn over hot coals. If the spices dry out, coat again with spices. Repeat 2-3 times so that the spices can penetrate the corn. Wait for the corn to burn evenly. If so, then put the roasted corn into the container. The roasted corn is ready to be eaten to accompany New Year’s Eve.
