PT Toyota-Astra Motor (TAM) established 302 service points during the Christmas and New Year 2024 (Nataru) holidays as part of the Toyota Standby Service program.
The service consists of 5 Toyota Standby Posts which operate 24 hours a day at Rest Area Km 57 Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road, Trans Java Probolinggo Toll Rest Area, SPBU 34.42409 Merak, Gilimanuk Bali, and Ungaran Central Java.
In addition, there are 297 Standby Workshops which will continue to operate normally during the Christmas holidays until New Year 2024 to anticipate customers who need vehicle maintenance and repair services during the Christmas holiday.
“We want to provide peaceful driving for loyal Toyota customers by presenting 5 Toyota Standby Posts which operate 24 hours a day and 297 Standby Workshops which remain open on the Christmas and New Year 2024 holidays during the Christmas holidays,” said the Vice President Director of PT TAM , Henry Tanoto, Sunday (24/12/2023).
Collaborating with the official Toyota dealer network, the Toyota Alert Service will operate from 22 December 2023 – 1 January 2024. The Toyota Alert Post which operates 24 hours provides regular Toyota car servicing and light repairs which can still be carried out at the post.
If it turns out that the problem with the customer’s car is more serious, they will be helped to carry out repairs at the nearest official Toyota repair shop. The Toyota Mobile Service is also on standby to ‘pick up’ customer cars experiencing problems around the Toyota Alert Post area.
With service fees and genuine spare parts the same as official Toyota workshops, customers get additional benefits, namely a 25% service fee discount and free TMO Wiper Fluid.
“Especially for Toyota, the Cikampek Alert Post can also provide car tire replacement services,” concluded Henry Tanoto.
Specifically for Toyota Bengkel Siaga, 297 official Toyota workshops will continue to operate during the Christmas 2023 and New Year 2024 holidays.
