PT Astra Daihatsu Motor (ADM) together with the Kudus Regency government inaugurated the DOJO Center facility as a means of practicing automotive engineering at SMK NU Maarif, Kudus, Central Java on December 5 2023. DOJO, which means ‘place to practice’, aims to improve abilities and skills Vocational school students do hands-on practical studies in facilities that have been designed in a standardized manner according to automotive needs to be better prepared to face the real world of work in the automotive industry.
Apart from inaugurating the Dojo Center, Daihatsu also signed an MOU with the assisted vocational schools, handing over donations of 10 engine units and 11 transmission units, as well as other DOJO supporting equipment to support the teaching and learning process at the school.
As is known, to date ADM has developed hundreds of high-achieving vocational schools spread throughout Indonesia. Through this program, ADM is committed to supporting the learning of vocational school students, both in hard skills and soft skills.
