In collaboration with PT NEV Auto Mobil, Neta Puri will later have 3S facilities (sales, service, spare parts) and DC Fast Charging stations for consumers.
“Currently, Neta continues to focus on strengthening after-sales services by continuously developing the dealer network as our commitment to providing easy access and comfort for consumers. With the presence of Neta Puri, it is hoped that we will also be able to get closer to electric vehicle lovers in West Jakarta area and its surroundings,” said Jason Ding, Managing Director of NETA Auto Indonesia.
Located in Kembangan Utara, West Jakarta with a land area of 2,453 m², Neta Puri will be a 3S outlet which has several areas such as a showroom, workshop, spare parts sales area , as well as a comfortable waiting lounge for potential customers.
Apart from that, this dealer will also provide a charging station and special facilities, namely a 47KW Direct Current (DC) Fast Charging Station which makes it easier for Neta vehicle users to charge the battery from 30 % up to 80% in just 30 minutes
In guaranteeing product quality, Neta also promises a general guarantee of up to 5 years or a mileage of up to 150,000 km covering services, spare parts and materials. There is no need to worry about battery quality, because Neta will provide a battery guarantee of up to 8 years or a mileage of 180,000km.
Meanwhile, every consumer who buys Neta V will get a free Home Charger and installation, making it easier for them to charge the battery at home.
“Currently, we have prepared 10 dealers for the end of 2023 and will continue to increase in 2024, and are trying to expand this network to reach consumers in various regions of Indonesia,” concluded Jason Ding.
