In the midst of news of a breakdown in her marriage with Teuku Ryan, Ria Ricis recently wrote something unexpected. The reason is, Ria Ricis in one of her comments openly admitted that she was unemployed by her husband.
This started with content where netizens wrote that Teuku Ryan really loves Ria Ricis. However, Ria Ricis responded to this comment. Oki Setiana Dewi’s sister admitted that when she was pregnant and gave birth, Teuku Ryan didn’t care about her.
“@riaricis is a really loving man,” commented a netizen, quoted on Tuesday (26/12/2023).
“Honey, since I was pregnant and gave birth, I wasn’t unemployed,” replied Ria Ricis.
Ria Ricis admits to inner pressure (instagram) Ria Ricis’ comments then became the focus. Some didn’t seem to believe Ria Ricis’ confession. The reason is, this comment reveals that Teuku Ryan ignored his wife, especially when she was pregnant.
On the other hand, several netizens criticized Ria Ricis. This is because Ria Ricis is considered to have exposed her husband’s disgrace. Even though in Islam this is something that is prohibited.

“It’s not everyone who understands religion, the older brother says he is an ustadzah teaching his younger sibling, he will definitely defend it,” commented another netizen.
Quoting Umma, exposing one’s husband’s or other family members’ disgrace is something that is forbidden in Islam. Therefore, if there is a problem, couples are advised not to reveal each other’s faults.
In the Koran, surah al-Baqarah verse 187, it is also explained that partners are each other’s clothes. Therefore, it is not good to expose your partner’s disgrace.
“… they (your wives) are clothes for you and you are clothes for them …” (QS. al-Baqarah: 187).
Not only that, the hadith also explains that Allah SWT will protect those who cover their own disgrace. In the hadith, Rasulullah SAW said:
“No servant covers (the disgrace) of a servant (another) in the world but Allah will cover his disgrace on the Day of Resurrection.” (HR Muslim).
Meanwhile, those who reveal their partner’s disgrace will be the ugliest person on the Day of Judgment. This is explained in the hadith from Abu Sa’id al-Khudriy, he said, Rasulullah SAW said:
“Indeed, the worst human position on the Day of Resurrection is a man (husband) who mixes (has sexual intercourse) with his wife, then revealed his wife’s secret.” (HR Muslim).
