Initially, Agung Sedayu worked on several projects such as Harco Mangga Dua, Jakarta. This first project was considered successful because Harco was listed as the first electronic equipment shopping center in the capital city.

President Joko Widodo alias Jokowi even personally expressed his gratitude to the figure of Aguan.
